Costa Rica
I would like to thank the staff at Selvatura Park for hosting my 15 cable Zip Wire tour.
Selvatura Park is a conservation project located in the midst of the magical Monteverde cloud forest, a natural paradise for flora and fauna. I can highly recommend the staff and facilities at Selvtura and any Visit to Costa Rica should include the adventure of Zip lining in this truly un spoilt corner of the world.

Panama
A big thanks to the Rafting world at Boquete for hosting me a great days rafting on the Rio Chiriqui Viejo. A whole day full of great white water rapids, fun and wild life spotting as we travelled for approximately 22 kilometres through un spoilt countryside and tropical rain forests. This trip was well organised with a good transportation and lunch.
